They will also advise you on walking routes and give you some historical background information. Bargteheide offers plenty of diverse cultural entertainment ranging from concerts of all styles, theatres, museums, art exhibitions and cinemas to guided city tours, events and festivals. Or take a dip and relax at our outdoor swimming pool surrounded by forest. A little stroll through the city is also well worth it, the shopping street is a popular meeting point. The appealing estate Jersbek with its gate house and former French garden is also nearby. There is always something happening in Bargteheide. Not for nothing is the town also called “Stormarn’s lively town”.
