Viewing tower „Langer Otto“
Hahnheide is a beautiful nature conservation area near Trittau in so-called Stormarn Switzerland with a size of approximately 1,500 hectares where you can find majestic old trees, like pine, beech and spruce trees. The “Langer Otto” towers over Hahnheide and from this viewing tower you have a stunning view across Stormarn Switzerland. The tower is 27 meters high and is situated on the 99 meter high hill “Großer Hahnheider Berg”. In good weather conditions, you can even catch sight of the Hamburg television tower in the far distance.
